These are the questions I’ve been hearing from ladies who are concerned about marrying the wrong guy. Before entering into a marriage, I, like everyone else, had my own set of reservations. In my single season, I had to learn how to position myself to be found by the right man.

Then literally after I learned how to do this, it was like the floodgates of men opened up.. But I knew deep down the guys that I was attracting was not the ones God had in mind for me. 

Having the wrong companion in your marriage should not be taken lightly. It may shatter your heart, but it can also destroy your life and your future. Ask the Right Guided Questions

Begin by asking the right guided questions to see whether this man is your answered prayer. While it is easy to get drawn in and attracted to someone, the Lord does not desire for you to settle for someone He has not initially intended for you. 

You may be wondering what kind of question you should ask.. Start by asking, “Does this man love God?” You will understand the type of life he leads you if you question his relationship with the Lord.

When you are ready to get married, you may be inclined to overlook all potential concerns, such as his life goals or family plans. Nonetheless, by asking such targeted questions, you will be able to determine whether the two of you are truly a good fit or not.

You may be wondering “But how should these questions be posed?” When questions are thrown out incorrectly, some conversations with your man can come to a complete standstill.

Have a man who accepts personal accountability for his relationship with the Lord. After all, you don’t have to entice anybody into strengthening their beliefs. 

Know When To Call It Quits When He’s Becoming A Project

The man God has for you will be a promise and not a project. Sometimes, you fall in love with someone, and then you go about telling others that you can fix him. You approve of his excellent looks and charisma.

Still, you’re less than optimal when it comes to fixing his character – his connection with God is off.

When his character is not enough to sustain him, charm and good appearance may not be enough, it’s essential to know when it is better to call it quits.

Exert Effort To Get To Know His Character Deeper

Your time is too precious to be squandered on anybody. He who finds a wife has found a beneficial thing, and the Lord shows favor to him.

The best way to find out his intentions is to learn more about him. When you get to know him, learn about his dreams and aspirations, what motivates him, and how he is attached to his family.

When you ask a person about these, it will reveal a lot about a man’s character. Studying a man’s character will teach you how to spot the one God has chosen for you.

What if the guy lies about the questions you present? You can reliably predict whether someone is lying to you, mainly if it is a face-to-face discussion.

You may make specific zoom calls or skype calls if you’re doing online or long distance dating. When you suspect a guy of lying, pray about it and seek the Lord’s guidance. When a person is hesitant to respond to you, it will show you clues that he is not true.
